We went to visit my Grandma last night and her man has a bat problem. DH came in from outside and said he saw about 30 bats flying around. About that time as I was sitting on the couch I heard that squeeking noise those dang things make, so I turned my head to see this baby one sitting on the couch behind me. DH got it onto a tennis racket and put it outside in the flowers. YUCK!
View from my Grandparent's side yard.

This toy was around back in the 70's. My Cousins and I used to play on it. They'd tie a string to the stearing wheel and pull me around. I was amazed when I saw it sitting next to the tree. It's definetly seen its better days.

Baby Blue Jay that was just sitting under the tree. I think it's mother was missing, as I saw a deceased bird about the same size as this nearby. When I first saw this one I didn't think it was alive. It had flies crawling all over it. The poor thing. :(
